Good morning,

Distinguished guests, Subject Matter Experts, International and National instructors, and participants.

Today, We have gathered here for the Closing Ceremony of the United Nations Staff Officer Course.

First of all, I would like to introduce our distinguished guests.

In our closing ceremony, we have,

• Col Turmunkh.Ts, Directorate of Military Training in General Staff of the MAF
• Col Gantulga.Sh, Commandant of Joint Training Center, Unit 311
• Lt Col Gantulga.N, Chief of Peace support operation training center
• Roger Hughes, Subject Matters Expert from GPOI.

The United Nations Staff Officer Course  2025 in Mongolia has been held successfully with SMEs from GPOI, international instructor-1 /Philippine/, 14 participants /Sri-Lanka-1, Indonesia-1, Mongolia-12/ reached to aim according to the course program. As a result, we are doing Closing ceremony today.

During this  three weeks training, SMEs, instructors have shared their collective knowledges and experiences based on fields. Specially, participants have enhanced their understanding of UN PKO, professional abilities required for staff officers participating in peacekeeping operations, combining theory with practice, exchanging experiences, and fostering teamwork.

I would like to congratulate you all the participants who have completed this course successfully and wish you every success in applying your knowledge and skills to future peacekeeping missions.

Moreover, I extend my sincere gratitude to the SMEs /Mr Rogher Hughes, Tim Byrne and Ms Lotte, instructors, admin staff, and all supporters who made this training possible.

This time, I am officially declaring the commencing of Closing Ceremony of UNSOC.
